Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and Playerspuff (operating entity to be confirmed) covering your use of playerspuff.com and everything on it. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy form part of this agreement.

You may use the service only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old and can enter into a binding contract.
• You are not barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you, and you are not on any sanctions list.
• Buying or selling the accounts you deal in is lawful where you live and where you are transacting.

Read that last point carefully. Transferring an account is very often a breach of the terms of the platform that issued it, and it may be unlawful in your jurisdiction. That risk is yours, not ours. It is your responsibility to check before you list or buy, and we give no opinion on whether any particular transaction is legal for you.

Keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account - do not share it, transfer it or sell it.

Any account with a confirmed email address can create a listing. Where a listing fee is set it is taken from your credit balance at the moment you publish; the operator may set that fee to zero, in which case posting is free. A Pro subscription is not required to sell - it affects only how soon you see other members' new listings.

By publishing a listing you confirm that:

• You genuinely own or control the account, and it is not stolen or compromised.
• Everything you state - age, earnings, ratings, verification status, region - is accurate and not misleading.
• The account is not subject to a dispute, chargeback, freeze or ban.
• You have the right to transfer it.

We may remove any listing, at any time, without refunding the listing fee, if we believe it breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Listing fees are for the act of publishing, not for a guarantee of a sale.

Pro is a paid tier. It gives you immediate sight of new listings, where free accounts see the same listings after a delay. It does not affect your ability to sell: publishing is open to every verified account.

Pro is bought one period at a time from your credit balance. It does not auto-renew: nothing is stored to charge you again, and access simply ends when the period ends unless you buy another. Prices and the length of the delay for free accounts may change; changes apply to periods you buy after the change.

Everything on Playerspuff is paid from your credit balance - listings, Pro membership and escrow alike. You top that balance up with Bitcoin (BTC) or USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20). We do not accept cards or bank transfers and we never hold your card or bank details.

Each top-up generates a fresh address and fixes the amount using the exchange rate at that moment. That rate is locked for the invoice; the value of the coin may move afterwards and that movement is yours, in both directions.

Crypto payments are irreversible, and fees paid to Playerspuff are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we have plainly failed to deliver what you paid for. If you underpay an invoice it stays unpaid; if you overpay we are not obliged to return the excess, though we will use reasonable efforts to.

Be clear about our role. Playerspuff is a venue. The contract for an account is between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to it, not an agent of either side, and not a bank, payment institution or money transmitter.

Where an escrow or middleman transfer is offered, we hold funds only until the agreed handover conditions are met, and we release or return them based on what we can verify. We are not an arbitrator of last resort and our decision does not stop you pursuing the other party yourself.

We do not verify every claim in every listing. “Verified” describes checks we have carried out on the information available to us - it is not a guarantee of quality, of continued access, or that the issuing platform will not later ban the account.

We may suspend or close your account, remove your content, and refuse service if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe you are using the service to defraud someone.

You can close your account at any time from your account page or by emailing us. Closing it does not refund fees already paid.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for: the conduct of any other member; an account being banned, frozen or reclaimed by the platform that issued it; loss of profit, goodwill or data; or any indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is capped at the total fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change these Terms. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest survives. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of registration, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
